“Ready For Change”

How would it feel to walk along this pathway of autumn leaves?

As I was painting it, I could smell the fallen leaves mixed with earth and feel and hear their crunchiness. Then I felt a crisp, cool breeze and applied the last stroke of color.

The woman in the red jacket is grounded in her knowingness that change is good.

I sometimes lead some of my coaching clients on a guided meditation journey that involves walking under an archway covered in leaves and flowers representing the colors of the energy centers. I would love to have this woman walk with them on their journey under these trees representing a letting go of what’s no longer serving their higher good.
